Radio
When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymized, deleted, and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold or passed on to other companies.
The Terry Tripp Empowerment Radio iOS App does not collect any user data when installing or launched on your device. The Terry Tripp Empowerment Radio Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during phone app use, the app will monitor the state of the phone app—idle, in call, or call ended—if applicable on your device. At no point will the app be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data. The Android app also requires access to local storage to store its configuration for faster launch times.
Store
When ordering free products or making a purchase on this website, your name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, date, and time of purchase are logged. This information is used to properly process your order. By making a purchase, you give Terry Tripp Ministries permission to contact you with information regarding your purchase or promotions. You can opt out or have your information deleted at any time by a detailed request.
Shipping will be sent to you by the method you choose at checkout. Terry Tripp Ministries is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. A small handling charge is attached to all orders.
All Personal Empowerment Bibles are custom orders and therefore are not refundable once a purchase has been made. We are not responsible for typos. We will print your Personal Empowerment Bible exactly as you enter it at checkout. We have a check and double-check requirement on all orders to ensure that an order has been self-checked.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Terry Tripp Ministries will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, in profits, goods, or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
